• accept the processing of the minor’s data only for the purposes related to the event, as well as the communication and dissemination of images and videos for purposes related to the event.

• give permission for the minor participant to stay as a guest at one of the affiliated hotels in Milan without the presence of parent/legal guardian and agree to assume full responsibility for the minor and his/her actions during his/her stay at the hotel.

The signed form must be accompanied by a copy of the parents/legal guardian’s passport or identity document with the name and signature of the holder clearly visible.
